Task-based site monitoring with evidence clips
A monitoring prototype that connects detections to reviewable video events.
My contribution
Built a task-editable video monitoring workflow with event timestamps and evidence clips.
Turn a task into a reviewable event
The prototype accepts editable monitoring tasks and surfaces confident detections with timestamps. Short evidence clips let a reviewer inspect the underlying event rather than relying on a model-generated statement alone.
Demonstration scope
The four-slide presentation references a 75-second demonstration using a 48-minute recording. It describes two confident detections and twelve-second evidence clips. These numbers describe the demonstration and interface behavior, not processing throughput or model accuracy.
The intended public case pairs an accessible walkthrough with an event timeline. That presentation remains gated on an approved video export, captions, poster, and runtime description. A leaderboard requires ground truth, hardware, and recorded logs.
Evaluation Scope & Methodology
Samples, denominators, uncertainty, sources and limits
Approach
Use slide-deck evidence to describe interaction design only; no measured performance claim.
Limitations
- The slide deck is demonstration evidence, not an accuracy or latency benchmark.
- Approved standalone video, captions, hardware configuration, and runtime logs are missing.
- The demonstration does not establish construction-site deployment performance.
