Developed and deployed Rasa and Dialogflow chatbots, natural-language understanding, dialogue management, backend services, and APIs.

I developed and deployed chatbots for engaze.ai using Rasa and Dialogflow. I built backend services and APIs and integrated language models through prompt engineering for complex queries.
The CV reports a platform serving 1,500+ online stores and approximately one million user queries. These are platform-scale counts. They are not solely attributable to my work.
